It has two pieces: a engine for generation that is exposed through MCP incrementally, and a workspace where your team sees projects, capabilities, approvals and knowledge by company, project and product.

To understand MCP Growth Marketing you just need to tell apart where the work is done and where it is seen.
It generates the acquisition work. It is operated from Claude Code with the MCP Growth Marketing MCP: that is where decisions are made, segments are defined and campaigns and creatives are prepared.
It makes everything the engine generates visible. Your team comes here to review projects, products and results, organized and up to date. The engine is not operated from here.
It defines an acquisition experiment and triggers all the work that makes it run. One variable under test, one coherent subfunnel.
6 axes that define it
B2B SaaS · CFO / Finance Director
Manual AP reconciliation > 40h/month
Failed audit or compliance deadline
LinkedIn Ads · founder-led content
3 verified cases · 60% time savings
Free AP diagnosis · 30 min call
Triggers a 7-piece subfunnel
What the engine generates stays inside the workspace, grouped by company, project and product.
Discover ICP, architect audiences and map competitors exist as workspace capabilities.
Angle generation and Amber approval before using them as campaign criteria.
Prepare campaign, design A/B test, produce creatives and request Red approval for launch.
Build funnel, synthetic attribution, approve adjustment, assemble DTU and qualify lead.
Propose a sequence and send only with a human gate. Today it uses adapters/synthetic output.
Entitlements, audit/event log, approvals queue and a syncable capability catalog.
A single catalog of sales and marketing resources —playbooks, frameworks, swipe files, tools and doctrines— with three ways in: by use case, by asset or by source. The classification lives inside, as filters and tags on each asset.
Start from the customer's pain and reach the asset that applies, with its buying signal and objection.
Playbooks, frameworks, swipe files and sales and marketing tools. Filter by type, category, vertical or use case.
Creators and channels that feed the corpus, with provenance and trust score.
From the engine to the team, and from the team to whoever just needs to see results.
Today the engine's live path is centered on ICP/offer; the rest of the Mastra servers exist, but are exposed through MCP incrementally.
The workspace runs capabilities with a Green, Amber and Red traffic light, plus evidence, approvals and permissions.
Projects, campaigns, funnels, outbound, playbooks, events and sources become viewable in the app.
MCP Growth Marketing is still in development. Its first internal use is dogfooding with our own team: one company, one offer and an acquisition system organized into projects, segments, angles and campaigns. It is the way to test the product with a real case before opening it up to more teams.
Access is by invitation. What you see when you enter depends on your profile: each person sees only their company, their project and their product.
